Workshops (4-Hours - $497 / Attendee

Instructor-Led (IL) In-Person or Online / Self-Paced Virtual / SHRM Chapter / Team Training

HRPMO workshops are intended for quick introductions or refresher courses. Their duration is shorter to fit more easily in your busy day and the information is comprehensive. Each workshop focuses on the larger application of the skill set – when to apply it, what is the value, how does it fit with your transformation timeline and what are the skills and tools you need to utilize this tool. 

 

 

In-Depth (2-Days - $1997 / Attendee)

Instructor-Led (IL) In-Person or Online / Self-Paced Virtual / SHRM Chapter / Team Training

Courses are typically composed of 6-8 modules that provide a deep dive into a specific skill such as strategic planning, analysis, developing a business case, or conducting an operational assessment. A course is a more intense learning exercise than a workshop and teaches the participant “how” to use the skills and analysis to achieve business intelligence through individual and team exercises.

Boot Camps (4-Days - $3997 per Attendee)

Instructor-Led (IL) In-Person or Online / Self-Paced Virtual / SHRM Chapter / Team Training

Boot Camps are deep dives into a progression of steps at a steady pace over 4 days or 32 hours of training. The participant will develop skills in analysis, strategic alignment, project scoping, resources, timelines, team building, data gathering, business analysis, risk management and executive reporting. The value of the boot camp is the immersion in all transformation aspects which reduces the loss of retention and supports participants ability to move through the various skills set, learning and integrating the skills sets together for stronger execution.

Boot Camps also provide templates for your project that can be used repeatedly to assess your progress throughout transformation – which can take months to years to fully complete. Participation is available for the entire project team or as individuals and focuses on application of transformation skills such as business analysis, assessment, project management, change management, and data driven decision making.
